100-room-challenge-week-4-room-reveal

Room reveal time! It is now week 4 of this amazing challenge to makeover 1 room with only $100 and I am so excited to show you the results of the room reveal.

Let’s take a look back…..

Remember my extra wide hallway space that was a dumping group for all things kid related?

…and these before photos are showing off the space after I had my kids do a bit of a clean up.  so not the best use of this space.

As my kids are getting older and 3 of the 4 are in school – they are coming home with projects and homework … the kitchen table was an OK area to do the work but my 2 older children in particular were quite distracted by the goings on in the family room with their 2 younger brothers.  So that is what motivated me to create a homework station.  This challenge popped up at the perfect time as I really wanted to have this space all set up before back to school.

Let’s take a look at the progress….

I knew this space would be perfect – we don’t need a massive ‘office’ for the kids and I wanted them to still be close by that we could check in on them and they could ask for help. This little nook space is located between my kitchen and laundry room.

It started with a total removal of everything that was in the space and everything was re-homed to a better spot in the house (baseball bats don’t need to be stored by the kitchen)

I then asked around (starting with family) to see if anyone had anything ‘hanging’ around that they wanted to get rid of — I lucked out with a desk.

The desk fits beautifully in the space and it is metal so it is easy to clean (white may not be the ideal colour for kids but if it gets really dirty and cannot be cleaned….it should be easy enough to spray paint)

I purchased the plastic 4 drawer chest at staples (it was about 1/3 of my budget but it is such an important item).  It comes with wheels so it is easy to slide in and out as my kids need items from the drawers.  I designated (using labels) one drawer per child and the top drawer is for shared items like scissors, erasers, pencil sharpener….)

I soon realized that I had some additional wall space in that nook area and that could be used for back packs! The kids back packs end up in various locations of the house and we need a system….so wall mounted hooks were need. I found some great ‘Buddy Hooks’ on Wayfair and I could have opted for something more typical but I thought these were really fun (and my kids love them, too!) That’s $20 added to my budget – so 1/2 already spent!

I wanted the space to have some colour and also demonstrate that it was a kids’ space – we have tons of kids’ art all over the house and some just stored in bins.  So I spent some time with the kids going through some of their favourites…we found some colourful canvases, a papier mache mask my son had made plus a bunch of other items…..I wanted to be able to show off all of their work but there’s isn’t enough wall space for that – so I thought about adding these clipboards to the gallery wall and this way we could switch up their art and work throughout the year!

I like to plan out my gallery walls on the floor first instead of just ‘winging’ it!

These clipboards were about $5.00 each…

week 1

week 2

week 3

Time for the room reveal….

I’m so happy with how this turned out! My kids are really excited, too – my daughter jumped right it to use the space as soon as I announced that it was done!

Here are the buddy hooks – in the back pack area – one hook for each child and I added a photo frame with a school photo – so they knew whose hook was whose….

The final budget…

4 drawer chest from Staples                                     $32.95

Buddy hooks                                                                         $20.00

2 clip boards                                                                         $10.00

3 wood photo frames                                                    $4.50

desk                                                                                     came from my parents

chair with pillow                                                               was already in my home just in another room

art                                                                                        already had

kids’ school photos                                                           already had

pencils, crayons – holder                                                 already had

2 file holders                                                                      $9.99 each

wall mount copper baskets                                             $20.00 (on clearance)

Total:                                                                        $107.43

So I’m slightly over budget….but the extra $7.43 I can live with for a space this useful and that looks this great!

A few more photos of the room reveal….

This new homework station is going to be really useful for us and the challenge really helped me stay on track with time and budget….I’m really looking forward to the next challenge coming up in September.

Let me know what you think of this homework station,

100-room-challenge-week-3-homework-station

It’s week 3 of my room challenge and I have made a lot of progress and a few changes along the process… I am really seeing how useful this new space is going to be for my kids (and the whole family) and I also really happy to hear how excited the kids are, too!

Room challenge progress:

So far in this challenge, I have managed to stay on budget but I did luck into some great pieces like the desk from my parent’s old student rental.  The desk fits beautifully in the space plus it’s metal so it is durable and very easy to clean.  I also had a chair (that we used as a ‘time-out’ chair) that will be used with the desk.

I installed the buddy hooks for the back pack area – the package came with 3, so one for each child.  They were easy to install.  I installed them at a height that all of the kids can reach with ease.  The next step is for me to add some photo frames (one for each child) and hang them above their hook!

I found these wood frames at Michael’s (for $1.50 each) – the frames will be painted and then I will add their photos!

I added the wheels to the storage piece that fits perfectly under the desk and I labeled 3 of the drawers – one drawer for each child – the 4th drawer (the top drawer) is for shared items like scissors, glue sticks and more…

I wanted to add some colour to the space and the kids art pieces are perfect – it’s their space after all and they love seeing their work on display plus this fits in the budget, too!  I have some painted canvases that we did as a craft here at home and a mask my son made at school (I was looking for a place to hang this).  I figured the best way to display their pieces is in a gallery wall display.  I like to plan my gallery walls by laying and playing with the arrangement on the floor first.

These clip board I’m going to add to the gallery wall and I’m going to use them as an easy way to display assignments (any subject) that they worked hard on and that they are proud of – the clip board makes it easy to change this up regularly.  I’m hoping a third clipboard will fit….

See my progress for week 1 and week 2

Room challenge budget:

4 drawer storage piece              $32.95

Buddy Hooks                               $20.00

3 wood photo frames                  $4.50

2 clip boards                                 $10.00

Spent so far …………………………$67.45

With my remaining funds – I’m hoping to find some small storage for the desk surface for pencils and other everyday homework materials and tools.

I’m so happy to have stuck with this challenge – it’s making space of an area that is perfectly located and it is going to be a well used space and I’m really happy that my kids are excited too! check in next week for the final room reveal!!

stittsville-walk

Stittsville Walk is a community that is currently under construction. I recently sourced and styled the model home just last month.  It is located in a great nook of the city and we love the quaint feel of main street mixed with the chic style of the finishes in this model.

Stittsville Walk – Take the Tour:

These newly built townhomes are perfectly located in this village like setting – the exteriors have a timeless colour pallete with a touch of a modern edge, take the tour inside to see the amazing features and finishes of Stittsville Walk.

I wanted the look to appeal to a younger demographic so I opted for some furniture pieces that suited a first time home buyers but also interior finishes that embraced what’s current without being too trendy.

I love a two toned kitchen but I wanted the look to be light an airy – so I stuck with a classic white shaker style cabinet in the main part of the kitchen.

I then decided on a ‘driftwood’ tone for the kitchen island – this cabinet has a grey-ish hue with a visible wood grain.  The light fixture adds a bit of an industrial element with the metal ‘pipe’ look and vintage bulbs, along with the grey industrial style stools.

The living room is a blend of soft grey tones, cow hide, reclaimed wood and some knitted textures. I didn’t want to add too many bold colours in the space – so just a pop of bright yellow pillows is all you need! A series of three mirrors with wood frames fill the wall space by the sofa.  This living room is cozy but also chic!

This designated dining space suits a mix of modern ad industrial styles.  The Eiffel chairs in white echo the white kitchen cabinets – when I design I love to see common threads throughout an open space to make the connections throughout the entire look.  These chairs are a classic modern element and I love the contrast with the table.  I added some simple small storage with the glass console table and these accessories add some visual interest.

Stittsville Walk – Get the Look:

I found these amazing pieces for great prices…let me show you how to get this look!

I wanted some grey colour on the walls but nothing too deep, too dark or too blue….what did I pick? Benjamin Moore’s Stonington Gray. It is become one of my favourite paint colours to work with …

30″ Bar stools  These come in a bunch of colours – neutrals to brights – I opted for the light grey to keep the space looking very light and clean.

This 12 bulb light fixture has a bit of a mid-century modern look but if you change out the bulbs to a vintage bulb (like I did) the look is much more industrial

A pouf is a great alternative for a traditional foot stool, it is also a good seating option if you are in need.

In smaller spaces, it can be challenging to find the right size furniture and we struggled with finding a coffee table so instead we used 2 of these wood accent tables instead.

SHOP THE LOOK…

This cinema light box from amazon is a fun accessory to any space – we love it in the dining room but it would be fun in a den, office, TV space, styled in a bookcase….so many possibilities!

I love the versatility of Eiffel chairs – they add that classic mid-century modern look to any space giving the whole room an updated look.  I found these white Eiffel chairs with wood legs on Wayfair.

I added another great light fixture to the space – over the dining room.  Because the fixture in the kitchen over the island was so visually interesting I knew the one over the table had to work with the industrial styling of the larger chandelier but it had to be simple.  I found this one – on sale at Lowe’s – I love the simplicity of the pendant paired with the pieces in the room, it has a touch of a scandi-industrial look

I love how this model home at Stittsville Walk came together,

friday-favourites-fall-decor-finds

We know that summer is still here and we are soaking up the fun in the sun but fall isn’t that far away and of course, we love fall decor! The fall is all about adding nature elements to your space and getting cozy with soft textures – we love the harvest theme and of course those stunning fall tones.

So in preparation for one of our favourite seasons we have rounded up some of our favourite fall decor finds.

Fall decor finds:

A definite fall decor must are some pumpkins…we are really loving the look of white pumpkins – they work with a more modern or contemporary style home or anyone who just doesn’t want to dive right into the orange, red and golden tones of the season.  These white pumpkins look great in a simple bowl, add them to a tablescape or style them on a tray or coffee table.

Pillows are a fun a simple way to spruce up your decor and celebrate the season or holiday.  again we are loving these unconventional autumn tones like the warm whites and even light blue tones.  This pillow is a wonderful addition – we love it for an entry vignette.

We love curling up with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on those crisp fall days.  We don’t turn the heat on just yet so we wrap up in a chunky knit blanket – this chunky knit blanket is perfect for a bedroom or living room.  The chunky texture adds a lot of character to any space.

We love inspirational words and quotes in our homes, on pillows or wall decor.  This ‘grateful and blessed’ sign is a great reminder for the everyday but it fits perfectly with the Thanksgiving holiday.

Candle light is a great way to add ambience to your space – whether it is a bubble bath, a romantic dinner or just relaxing at home with a movie or book – candles really add soft and subtle lighting to the room.  We love these flameless LED candles – they are very authentic looking and we love that they are safe.

Fall decor is really about embracing the beauty of nature.  Bringing in the tones and textures that we see outside and bringing them inside – this wood dough bowl has a rustic look and it’s perfect for a kitchen island – fill it with seasonal fruit like apples for a simple and healthy snack.

A fall wreath is a must and we love the farmhouse look of this wreath – the mix of neutral tone sand textures is just beautiful and is quite transitional  in style plus this wreath comes with some personalizing options like scent and the message on the sign!

Fall is such a beautiful time of year to celebrate and when it comes to fall decor finds there are so many and we will likely find some more fall decor inspiration through our shopping excursions but for now these are our fall favourites…

10-things-every-living-room-needs

The living room is where you entertain, relax, read, maybe watch TV but it is the most ‘public’ space in your home and sure, you can count on the sofa, the coffee table, and a few additional seating options. But the room needs to be personalized through decorative touches. Here’s some inspiration on how to add those personal style items to your space to give it a polished look

1 – A place for your books –

Your collection of first editions aside, designate an area to feature a few choice titles that complement your style. If your space is small, try blending the book case colour with the wall colour – it will look luxurious (like built-ins) and it will look streamlined

2 – Window treatments –

An empty window space is an incomplete one. Dress the frames with a set of drapes to maximize the height of the room, providing it with a simple yet elegant finish. Drapes also add softness to a room and they frame a window beautifully.  If you have blinds already add the drapes they really add a touch of style

3 – A styled coffee table –

A well-curated table keeps essentials on hand – minus the clutter. Stick to things that make like favorite books, vases, or trays. No, the remote control does not count as an essential or an accessory!

4 –  Something on the walls –

We’re all about the walls. Gallery of frames. One eye-catching print. An over sized mirror. Choose to decorate with pieces that will make the space totally your style.

5 – Pop(s) of colour –

Offset a neutral palette with hints of an eye-catching hue. It’s the key to an instant uplift. Accent pillows, art, accessories and even an area rug are easy ways to add some colour to your space.

6 – Painted walls –

A can of paint really is the easiest way to add personality to a room. As for the color, well, that’s up to you.

7 – A side table

A simple accent piece doubles as a geographically-convenient (and temporary) spot for all the necessities for a little lounge time. Plus these come in very handy when entertaining

8 – Personal touches –

Dedicate some shelf space for an edited assortment of pieces that reflect your personality. Throw some favorite framed photos to the mix as well.

9 – Light fixtures –

A little lighting goes a long way. If you don’t have a ton of natural light, then bring in table lamps to set the right mood for your space.

10 – The right seating arrangement –

Small space. Large space. We can’t stress this enough. It’s important to think about the shape of your room and its function. Arrange for how you will be using this area.

Make your living room a comfortable and chic space – if you are like me you spend a lot of time in that room so enjoy the space and make it beautiful,

100-room-challenge-week-2-homework-station

A proper homework station is something that my family really needs. It is now week 2 of the $100 Room challenge and I have made some great progress…the decluttering of my nook / hallway was pretty easy it was really just a matter of getting it done.  One of the elements that I am really loving with this challenge is the timeline – one month to complete the room is keeping me focused.

Homework station – My inspiration…

I need the homework station to have storage and work space but I have another 4 feet of wall space.  I decided just this week that – that wall space would solve another issue that I have – the school bags!  So I am going to add some hooks (1 for each child) for their school backpacks.

Here are some images that inspired me –

Week 2…

I have cleared out the space and I totally lucked out – my parents had a desk from an old student rental that they sold (very quickly) so I fell into some luck with a desk.  The desk fits nicely into the space!

The above image is how the space looked before I decluttered.  I then added the desk. The desk is white and made of metal so it is going to be easy to clean.

Homework station Costs so far…

We only have $100 to spend. Coming across this desk was a huge win.  But the desk did not have any storage.  My kids definitely need storage for papers, duo tangs, books and more…I found this storage chest of drawers on staples.ca

The chest of drawers $32.95

The next item I purchased  a set of 3 buddy wall hooks  – 3 kids and 3 hooks, perfect! Plus I think these are really cute (I purchased them in white)

The wall hooks $20.00

So far I have spent half of my budget…but these are the bugger ticket items that will really make a big difference in organizing this space. I have some more funds for some decor  to make the space a bit prettier….

So far I’m making progress and I love that my kids are excited for their new space too,

5-easy-fixes-to-make-your-home-buyer

A home buyer can be picky so when it comes to selling your home you always want to have your best foot forward and if it is a tough market you really cannot afford to be anything less than showcase perfect!

One of the secrets in catching the eye of potential buyers is to highlight the features of a home that are important to them. Showing buyers that you have what they need, will help sell your home fast and get the best price.

But of course, not every home is perfect. You might not have the best location, neighborhood, space and other factors that are important in choosing a home. But those imperfections, especially the ones you have control over, should not hinder you from having a great showing.

We listed 5 tips that will make your home appeal to a home buyer:

#1 Style according to location advantages:

There is little you can do about your property’s location. Instead of masking location disadvantages with adjectives in your listing, you can factor the location to your marketing plan. Is your address in a hip, urban location? You might want to stage your house in a way that it will appear attractive to young professionals. If your home is located near a high school, designing your home in a way that it will reflect the style that would appeal to a growing family is important. In short, visualize the needs and characteristics of a buyer and set up the property accordingly.

#2 Fix and repair before the showing

Before your first showing, make sure that everything is in working condition. Do you have leaking faucets or clogged pipes? Fix anything and everything that is broken because those become a major turn off. Prospective buyers wouldn’t want to figure out those repair needs on their own and they will just look at the listing down the road instead. If you are working with a realtor, ask them if they have a list of preferred professionals that they could recommend to fix those repairs around the home, or you can check out a recommendation website like Angie’s List

#3 Make scents!

First of all, if there’s unpleasant odor in the property, get to the root of the problem and fix it! No one wants to live in a smelly house. Secondly, don’t overdo it with air fresheners. Most people like the look and freshness of lemons, so a bowl of lemons pierced with a fork will do the trick. Lightly scented candles are good as well; scents like fresh linen or clean laundry are usually safe bets.  For cooler months, try baked cookies or even just a bowl of water with cinnamon and sugar in the oven at a low temperature

#4 Sufficient lighting for every room

Buyers find bright rooms really attractive. Draw back the curtains, open the shades, and make use of artificial lighting if you need to.

A tried-and-tested technique to achieve the most balanced room lighting is to place three lighting sources in a triangular configuration. For example: a floor lamp, table lamp and ceiling light fixture are three sources of light in a room. Another tip is to replace dated lighting fixtures; an inexpensive and quick upgrade that can have significant impact on the look of a property. Remember when you are preparing for an open house have all of your lights turned on – the house will look and feel bigger and brighter!

#5 Declutter

When home buyers tour your house, you don’t want them to focus on the clutter. If you have personal belongings on display, like family pictures or collection, or just anything that will distract potential buyers, tuck these away. Think of it as a ‘pre-pack’, you will want to have those items with you at your next home, won’t you? A second benefit to a properly decluttered space is that is makes the place look larger. Bigger is always better for buyers. A bigger space encourages them to imagine how they will add their own personal touch to the property and without your personal belongings; they can start to mentally move in with their things.

Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start when it comes to prepping your home for the resale market.  But we hope these 5 steps help you get it ready and sold!

hosting-perfect-backyard-bbq

So summer is almost half way over…before we are full out into back to school mode and it’s time to make the most of the sunnyweather and the free time with friends and family. Time for a backyard BBQ!

Looking for some great ideas to host the perfect backyard BBQ?

Here are some easy tips for hosting a backyard BBQ with guests of all ages:

Set the scene

Go with a seasonal palette – greens and yellows are fresh and fun! Look for flowers that are in bloom such as sunflowers, zinnias, and Gerber daisies.

If the party will go into the evening hours be sure to have some kind of lighting (for mood and safety) look for tiki torches or solar lights in the garden or around the pool.

Don’t forget about bug protection – have bug spray available for guests to use, have citronella candles on hand and spray the air and shrubs with Raid Yard Guard outdoor three hours before the party.

Try having some hurricanes candles on the table too. A white cotton table cloth is easy to wash but if you are hosting a party with children look for a vinyl one instead.

Place the table close enough to the house so the host and guests have access to the kitchen and bathroom.

Position the grill so the smoke is not blowing over the table but have it close enough so the chef feels included in the party.

Music

Music can really set the tone for the party but feel free to change it up as the party progresses. start off with some Bob Marley to set the mood, maybe then add some more up beat song selections that stick with the summer theme like “Cruel summer”, “Hot, Hot, Hot”, “Hot stuff” etc…As the evening becomes more mellow switch it up with some “Bossa Nova Brazil” or Smooth sounds of Sade.

Signature drink

Not necessary but it adds a sophistication to any party.

Try SUMMER MELON COOLERS
(serves 12)
Fill 1/2 gallon pitcher 1/3 full of vodka. Stir in puree of 1 honeydew melon (about 3 cups), 2 cups each of Midori liqueur and sprite and 1 cup of club soda. Serve over ice and garnish with skewered melon balls.

Offer non-alcoholic options as well, such as an equal mix of orange juice, cranberry juice and sparkling water.

For the kids, add some fruit in their drinks so they will feel just like the grown-ups.

best Backyard BBQ wines – Californian chardonnay (white) or Vieille Ferme (red).

Keep the display and service simple – a self serve bar or even just ice with cold drinks in a buck or wheelbarrow – it works with a the casual setting and it’s simple!

What to serve

Have a selection of different burgers – beef, turkey and veggie.
Salads that don’t necessarily require refrigeration such as a green, tomato or bean salads.
Appetizers such as crudites with hummus and tabbouleh.
Dessert go seasonal or simple – strawberry shortcake is a favourite and does not need a lot of prep time or if you have a fire pit, try s’mores

Remember

– to fill the propane tank so you don’t run out mid-grilling.
– give guests about 3 weeks notice, summer time is busy for everyone (especially families)
– prep as much as you can before guests arrive, that way you can actually enjoy the party
– if you want to keep the evening casual, it’s OK to go pot luck just plan with everyone first so you do not end up with 8 bean salads.
– use plastic cups and plates, they can be re-used but also accidents can happen and broken glass around little feet and grown up feet can be very dangerous.
– if children will be there, have something for them to do: sandbox, crafts, sports, games be sure to have them near by for proper parent supervision.

Where to shop

Some great stores to find super stylish yet budget friendly outdoor items, check out your local grocery and dollar stores but some other places to check out include: JYSK , IKEA , Sur la table, Walmart and Pier One Imports
Have a fabulous, fashionable and fun summer!

milllennial-pink-inspiration

Millennial Pink – have you heard this term? If you haven’t heard of it you have definitely noticed it.  Millennial Pink has definitely made a big splash this year and even though we saw ‘Rose Quartz’ crowned the ‘colour of the year’ in 2016 – it took some time for the hue to really make an impact.  This colour really seems to go hand-in-hand with the popularity of unicorns, candy, donuts, mermaids, fun prints, inspirational quotes and more…it has a whimsical nature about it!

Millennial Pink is everywhere….

you have seen this shade in fashion, beauty, hair and definitely in home decor.  Whether it’s accessories, small DIY furniture projects or wall colour – Millennial Pink has really made a statement this year. Millennial Pink is also known as Scandi-Pink and Tumblr Pink.  Millenial Pink isn’t a specific tone of this light candy inspired pink but it is a series of pinks including Pale Dogwood, Rose Quartz and Candy Pink…

Millennial Pink Home decor Inspiration

We love the softness and the femininity of this shade of pink and there are so many fresh and modern approaches to use this home decor.  We love how this colour works well with so many styles and colours. Here are some of our favourite rooms in Millennial Pink.

Millennial Pink in the Living Room

We love the girly touch Millennial pink adds to this living room corner – the modern and clean lines of the chair are a nice balance to the chunky knit blanket and velvet accent pillow. The beach theme art also picks up on this pink hue – but it is so subtle and soft that it is not over powering.

Another living room image embracing the millennial pink trend – we see another chunky knit blanket and a faux fur pillow (we did see also of texture play this year, too) When you are working with a statement colour like pink you don’t need a lot of other accent pieces or colours in the space so this does play nicely with the Scandinavian and almost minimalist tendency we saw this year as well.

Photo credit : Crush Cul de Sac

You do not have to be a millennial to hop onto this trend. We love the way this more traditional living room looks so fresh with some candy pink pillows, throw and some fresh flowers.  The furniture has a classic and traditional feel but the pop of colour brings new life to this room!

Millennial Pink in the Bedroom

If pink paint seems too much for you or too solid, maybe a pink wallpaper is the right balance for you. This bedroom is more of less neutral but add that pink ‘marble-like’ wallpaper and what a statement!

This modern bedroom has a great masculine and feminine balance with the clean lines, grey tones and wood texture paired with the copper pendant lights, soft pink and the fur – this bedroom is a mix of many of the trends we saw in 2017.

Millennial Pink Home Office

Millennial pink home offices were the rooms where we probably saw the most pink….This room has a great mix of pink tones – the pillow, the pouf, the area rug and some decor accessories –

Millennial Pink – Get the Look in your home

This tray is perfect for serving Brunch favourites like mimosas or avocado toast…

Chunky blankets are a great addition to a living room or bedroom – they are so cozy to curl up with and they add great texture to the space too! This chunky knit blanket is the perfect shade of millennial pink.

Blend a bunch of hot trends all into one piece like this millennial pink fur pouf – this would be a fun accent piece for a bedroom, home office or a nursery.

Add some pink florals to your home office or bathroom as a subtle nod to the trend without diving in completely. This pink peony arrangement would add a fresh and fun touch to any room!

An art print is a great way to add that splash of pink to your space – this piece is modern and soft at the same time and the tone of pink is so fresh with the white frame.

Sometimes all you need is a little splash of colour to make your space pop! This pink and gold mug is a great way to start the day!

Love this colour? So do we and we love all of the different ways to add it to your decor,

what-is-e-decor

So what is our e-decor service?

E-decor is an interior design service that we offer for clients who love our style but don’t live in our area or clients who don’t mind doing the leg work but don’t know where to start.  The beauty of this service is you don’t need to live near by, we source items that you can purchase online and have delivered to your door and you can move at your pace as your timeline and budget allow…

How does the e-decor service work?

Our e-decor service is so easy! First, we do need to know which room or rooms you want to design and decorate, we love to know a bit more about your taste and style (sending us photos of rooms you like is perfect!), we need a rough budget to work with (we all have a budget and we believe that style doesn’t come with a price tag), photos and dimensions of your room(s) (in the case of a property under construction, a floor plan is perfect), and we also want to know what purpose you want the rooms to serve, for example – TV room, guest bedroom / home office etc…

Next, we prepare a quote for you and once approved we get started!  Depending on the size of the project this could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We send you a vision board with the furniture, art and accessories – you have the opportunity to then critique and we make the changes to produce the final concept.  We also provide a sketch with furniture placement and a series of styling tips (for example art placement)

E-decor is perfect for someone moving into a new home or space, some one who is short on time and someone who wants a designer space but doesn’t know where to start. E-decor is a great gift too! We love to work with clients and make their spaces come to life so they can enjoy life and their space without the stress that can come with it!
